Create transparent overlays of your Strava activity stats to add on top of your Instagram stories, TikTok videos, and everything else! Share your runs or rides with your friends and family, no need to take screenshots, or remove backgrounds.

How It Works

1. Type your activity's stats in the fields above. All of them are editable, including the labels!
2. Tap the Download button and save the overlay to your camera roll.
3. Create your Instagram story as you usually do. Tap the Sticker button on the top right, and then Photo. Now you can choose the overlay you just downloaded!
4. Place and resize the overlay wherever you want. You're now ready to share your epic adventure with the world!
